EASY RETURNS PROCESS for “Huetiful Hair Steamer Buyers”
1.      Complete a Customer Support Form to request a REFUND or REPLACEMENT shipping label. The return shipment label will only be emailed to the requesting email address.
2.      Huetiful will have UPS email the purchaser of the Huetiful Hair Steamer a pre-paid return shipping label. The pre-paid return shipping label must be affixed to the cardboard shipping box that came with your Huetiful Hair Steamer shipment or a similar 15"x15"x10" box of your own. 
3.      Once Huetiful receives the returned product, we will verify that all original parts are in the box, then process the REFUND or REPLACEMENT. 
4.      Huetiful will electronically reimburse the credit card, debit card, or PayPal account used if the return is received within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, Huetiful will send a refund check to the original shipping address and buyer. For security reasons, the check can only be made out to the name of the buyer. 


You may return a faulty item within one-year and receive a replacement for that faulty item. Returns must be mailed back to the Returns Center. Visit our help center and select Ask A Question to start the return/refund process or simply email and request a pre-paid return label. Huetiful Customer Service will issue a pre-paid shipping label for you to return your steamer.  Once we receive shipment, your replacement/refund will be processed.  Please allow up to 10 business day for the process to be complete.
